Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM platforms, such as Dynamics, to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports using MS Office and Power BI to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our products and services and expand our market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales management experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Dynamics CRM platform.
- Experience with other CRM platforms and Power BI is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
